How long does your repair service take?

Our times vary, for controllers we aim to have you controller dispatched back to you within 24 hours of receiving it. For consoles our aim is within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept card, cash and contactless payments aswell as payment links powered by Zettle (PayPal)

Where do you source replacement parts?

We source all of our parts from our suppliers who have access to OEM components. All of our components are rigorously tested by our suppliers and ourselves before and after installation.
